The West Ten Mile Road structure, which carries the Rouge River, just east of Middlebelt Road in Farmington Hills, will be closed for replacement. The 59-year-old culvert will be replaced with a pre-cast concrete culvert.
PROJECT INFORMATION:
The $1.38 million project includes:
- Remove the existing structure that carries the Rouge River.
- Replace with a precast concrete culvert.
- Asphalt paving in the vicinity of the structure.
- Removal of existing boardwalk.
- Sidewalk improvements.
- Water main relocation.
- New signage and pavement markings.
