The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) expects to close Union Lake Road from the north leg of Cooley Lake Road to Hutchins Road in White Lake Township to through traffic from Monday, July 21, through Monday, Aug. 4, for concrete replacement work.
The closure will affect the section of Union Lake Road just north of the north leg of Cooley Lake Road.
The detour for through traffic is Cooley Lake Road to Round Lake Road to Hutchins Road back to Union Lake Road and vice versa.
Approximately 7,490 vehicles travel this section of Union Lake Road daily.
