The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) has issued a permit to the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner’s Office (OCWRC) to close Orchard Lake Road, 12 Mile Road to 13 Mile Road in Farmington Hills, from Monday, June 16, through Monday, June 23, to facilitate sanitary sewer work.
During the work, residential and business access will be maintained north and south of the complete closure located on Orchard Lake Road between Bristol Lane and Park Hill. However, Park Hill and Burbank streets will be closed at Orchard Lake Road and Greening Street (parallel to Orchard Lake) will be closed to through traffic during the OCWRC work.
The detour is 12 Mile Road to Farmington Road to 13 Mile Road, back to Orchard Lake Road and vice versa.
