Canadian National (CN) railroad is expected to fully close Silver Bell Road, just east of Joslyn Road in Orion Township, starting at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 3, for railroad-crossing restoration.
The traffic detour is Joslyn Road to Waldon Road to Giddings Road, back to Silver Bell Road and vice versa.
This section of Silver Bell Road carries approximately 1,390 vehicles daily. The crossing repairs are expected to be completed on Saturday, Dec. 7.
