Motorists that use Dequindre Road between West
Utica/M-59 and Burningbush are advised to seek an alternate route on Friday,
December 2. Dequindre has been under construction since
mid-June. Dan’s Excavating, contractor for the project, will
be activating the new traffic signals, placing lane markings and shifting
southbound traffic to the newly paved lanes. Motorists can
expect major delays as the contractor works toward completing the
project. The work is weather dependent and could
be rescheduled.
