The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) expects to close Grange Hall Road, between Fish Lake Road and Leroy Street in Holly Township and the Village of Fenton, on Thursday, Sept. 12, to replace a culvert under the road.
The work, just east of Eddy Lake Road, will take one day to complete, and Grange Hall Road will reopen the same day.
Access to homes and businesses on Grange Hall Road will be maintained east and west of the closure.
The detour for through traffic is Fish Lake Road to South Fenton Road to South Holly Road to Leroy Street, back to Grange Hall Road and vice versa.
This section of Grange Hall Road carries approximately 12,630 vehicles daily.
