Electronically submitted proposals via www.bidexpress.com will be received by the Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Oakland at its Beverly Hills Office, 31001 Lahser Road, Beverly Hills, Michigan 48025, until 11:00 a.m., local time, Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at which time the submitted electronic bids will be downloaded, opened and posted on www.bidexpress.com .

PROJECT No. 202325, Winter maintenance Services for 2022/2023 and 2023/2024

A contract for snow removal on approximately 550 miles of specified gravel roads in Oakland County, Michigan on an as-needed basis (snow events of 6 inches or greater). 

Plans and/or proposals will be available for download on or after September 20, 2022.  Bid deposit amounts and project description, including approximate materials and quantities for each project are identified in the plans and proposals.

Digital plans and proposals are available at www.bidexpress.com.   Digital bid submissions will be accepted per the instructions and requirements listed on www.bidexpress.com.  

Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to waive defects and to accept the proposals that in the opinion of the Board are in the best interest of and to the advantage of the Board of County Road Commissioners, of the County of Oakland, Michigan.
