- Replace the Opdyke Road bridge over the Clinton River (COMPLETE)
- Resurfacing (work to continue from M-59 to Perry Street in the SPRING OF 2019)
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) complaint sidewalk ramps and bus stops
- Construction of pedestrian pathway
- Water main work at Featherstone and Walton
- Repairs to the Galloway Creek box culvert

- Start Date: Water main work from M-59/Featherstone to Perry Street to begin April 22, 2019
- End Date: Late July (MDOT is using Opdyke as a detour for M-24/I-75 and M-59/I-75 ramp closures beginning June 3)
- Paving on Opdyke from M-59 to Perry Street will take place in the spring of 2019. (this project was part of the contractor lockout of the Operating Engineers that lasted throughout September of 2018 setting the project completion back by several weeks).
- City of Auburn Hills water main work will require lane closures throughout most of the project
- Detour for 2019 paving: No detour for paving; however, expect lane closures and traffic delays
