The Department of customer Services (DCS) is the department dedicated to the citizens. This is where anyone can call, e-mail, walk-in or complete a form telling DCS and the Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) anything. This is the best way for the RCOC to learn about issues. Oakland County is a big county, and with over 2,700 miles of road that RCOC is responsible for. We help in identifying issues when they arise, and citizens are the ones who notice these issues first.
So to help the RCOC, we need the citizen to inform us when they notice any of these issues. And here's how you can tell us:
