A condition of the permit that you recently received is that two-day advanced notice is given to the Road Commission before work begins. Submitting the attached form can satisfy this condition. The form may be mailed, faxed or submitted via e-mail. Please keep a copy for your records. Your inspector can be contacted by phone or e-mail.
