Proposals must be received in the Offices of the Clerk, 31001 Lahser, Beverly Hills, MI 48025 in a sealed envelope on or before 2:30 p.m. EST, on their due date and will be publicly opened at 2:30 p.m. EST.  Proposals received after 2:30 p.m. EST will not be accepted.
